For over 30 years, Chef Michael Vitakes has been creating memorable dining experiences throughout the Bay Area.
Inspired by his Greek heritage and a lifelong passion for food, Michael began his culinary journey at just 17 years old before continuing his education at Diablo Valley College and Le Cordon Bleu. Today, he combines traditional Mediterranean influences, fresh ingredients, and decades of culinary expertise to create customized menus for weddings, corporate events, church gatherings, and private celebrations.
As the founder of Creative Catering, Michael has spent more than 20 years serving Bay Area communities with exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to making every event unforgettable.
